Our Compliance and Operations practice has become an integral part of our recruitment team over the last few years. Our team has developed some very strong relationships with Surveillance, Legal and Internal Audit teams within some of the top investment banks and hedge funds. We have an extensive network of candidates in the areas of Compliance and Operations that are experienced in regulatory filings, designing and reviewing automated compliance monitoring reports, managing audits and ensuring employees are complying with internal policies. Common roles in this area would include: Compliance Officer/Analyst, Global Surveillance Analyst, Senior Internal Audit Manager and Director of Operations.
